I’m not a runner. In fact, I’m a desperate slacker when it comes to exercise, but I’d like to change that now that my kids have gone back to school. I’ve been reading quite a bit about the Couch to 5K program around the blogosphere, and I’m considering jumping on the bandwagon. It seems like a good way to ease into running on a regular basis. But before I start, I decided to do some research on the best running shoes. Of course, I asked my Twitter friends for advice. Here’s what they recommended.
